Shipping policy

We ship UK orders with the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Cost is £3.99.

Orders over £100 are shipped free and by the same method.

We aim to ship within 1-2 days. If you have an urgent delivery request please message us here and we will do all we can to help.

We're a (very real) online store, based in Bedminster, South Bristol. The store is run by veteran buyers with 30+ years experience in the premium fashion industry. We have an online store, further retail space and pop-ups coming very soon too. Please order with confidence, our website is super safe to use and we are available Mon - Fri 10am to 5pm for any queries or questions.

Due to some EU regulations, we are currently not shipping to Europe. We are working on this and will update on our socials when this service is added shortly. Any questions about this, please email us.

We really want anything you buy from us to be right, returning and extra packaging has the biggest impact environmentally and is something we are all trying to limit. If you have any questions with a purchase, drop us an email before you buy, we are happy to answer any questions. 

We use eco/ recyclable packaging and low impact products on all our deliveries and review and update this often. If you know of a better product or a new option, please let us know!
