Shipping policy

We ship UK orders with the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service - cost is £3.99.

UK orders over £75 are shipped free.

European orders - Royal Mail International Tracked Service - cost is €17.49.

Rest Of The World - Royal Mail International Tracked - added at checkout. 

We aim to ship within 1-2 business days. If you have an urgent delivery request, please message us at hi@neuestore.uk and we will do all we can to help.

We're a (very real) online store, based in Bedminster, South Bristol. The store is run by veteran buyers with 30+ years experience in premium fashion and lifestyle. We have an online store, further retail space and pop-ups coming very soon too. Please order with confidence, our website is super safe to use and we are available Mon - Fri 10am to 5pm for any queries or questions.

We really want anything you buy from us to be right, returning and extra packaging has the biggest impact environmentally and is something we are all trying to limit. If you have any questions with a purchase, drop us an email before you buy, we are really happy to answer any questions. 

We use eco/ recyclable packaging and low impact products on all our deliveries and review and update this often. If you know of a better product or a new option, please let us know!
